GEORGE PAUL IS TAKEN BY DEATH

OLD TIME STOCKMAN HAD GALL TROUBLE

Funeral Scheduled for Monday Afternoon in Waterloo.

George Paul, veteran stock buyer of this vicinity, died at 11 o’clock this morning at the family home, 411 Mullan avenue eat, where he had been suffering from gallstones for six weeks.

Funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the home. This service will be private in nature. At 2:30 public rites will take place in the English Lutheran church, Maple and High streets, Rev. Mr. Mueller in charge. Burial will be in Fairview beside the remains of his wife, who preceded him in death Oct 3, 1909.

Mr. Paul located in Waterloo in 1899, having come from Mt. Vernon township, where he moved in 1866 with his parents. He is survived by these children: Charles of Cedar Falls, Albert of Waterloo, Mrs. Anna Briden of Denver, Elizabeth and Herman at home. Two childred are buried, Henry having expired in infancy and Conrad in February, 1908.
