I am not sure who "Mary" is, although she may be Mary Strader Moore, the wife of Isaac, another sibling of "young" Eliza. Jim is Jim Wanless, Eliza's bachelor brother. Sam Lee was listed as a farm worker (living with Jim, Eliza, their mother, and another servant, Nancy) in the 1880 census of Ritchie Co. Unidentified: Dr. Moore, Ernest Moor, and Sally Ligen.
