STEMM Patsy Owen Talbot, age 79, passed away 7-22-2001. She was born 12-16-21 in Forreston, TX to Frank and Bernice Owen. Patsy worked for St. Anthony, OKC, and St. Francis Hospital, Hannibol, MO, and retired from Bethany General. She was an Elder in the Presbyterian Church. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Anna Dubois; husband, John Talbot; and husband, Tom Stemm. She is survived by her husband, Merle Burleson; John T. Talbot and wife Elaine, Patsy Winkler and husband Harold, and Timothy O. Talbot and wife Charlotte; brothers, Frank, Albert and Tom Owen; sisters, Mary Lou Boddy and Harriett Bailey, and their spouses; grandchildren, Tiffiny Nashert, Tammy Van Dyke, Chris Winkler, Jason Talbot, and Kimberly Barnes; 8 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, 7-25-2001, at The Little Chapel of the Roses at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
